Danny any chance of doing some add-ons of your man truck mod with some american trucks? I think something like the Peterbilt 352 Pacemaker, or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peterbilt_281 or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mack_R_series would be very suitable for the american maps :D

Yep... some Mack truck (or any with 'nose') will be nice addition to game...

Thanks man!! your trucks really enhance the European maps. Looking forward for some similar american beauties :D

ps: I think that in trucks a cargo of 20 is kinda small. i believe that a cargo of around 30-40 would be more realistic in terms that a cargo line with trucks would be more viable without the need of use to much trucks

If you ask me, all vehicles have too low capacity... Passengers and freight...

Are you thinking of increasing the capacities in your mods?
I let you know that in one of my games I did some testing with various capacities for your man/scania trucks. I found that around 34 capacity was perfect (for me at least). This number made your trucks a good upgrade of my previous trucks (26 capacity, from a mod with Volvo trucks in 1977) with in my opinion being too excessive or OP.

Yep, I did some testing too and here is what I got:
- Van: 8-10
- Lorry: 15-20
- 40t Truck: 34-36

Our numbers match almost perfectly :D
I think you should change the capacities in your mod based on those numbers

For next update, all vehicles will have increased capacity:
- 40t trucks: 35 units
- big vans: 10 units
- small vans: 6 units

Also, I working on lorries and capacity will be 20 units.

Hi Danny

Do you need to have the mod "dma trucks" activated so that US trucks are visible?
My intention is go to play with "only USA mods" but if I need to enable DMA trucks with the american trucks is a problem! (Not real but I don't want to see EU models on panel XD)

Yes, DMA Trucks base mod is required for American Add-On.

It's because all trailers are in base mod.

Hi Danny, I'm glad to say you, that I'm testing the trucks and I not enabled base mod DMA trucks on savegame to see those trucks on buy panel. I'm happy not to see the EU models on my US savegame hehe.

PD: OOPS! When I buy a truck, error has come shit! XDD

PD2: Don't know what happened but cannot buy any USA truck when the 2 mod are activated always display me an error, lose a .mdl
Could it have happened for to not activate the base mod at the beginning of the game?

PD3: I'm testing again on new game, only with this 2 mod activated and when i will buy a USA truck, displays me the lua error again. It's a mod problem? I downloaded again and the problem persist

Yep... my fault... I didn't tried USA trucks without other mods.

OK... I made update for base mod (MAN trucks), Scania add-on and USA trucks add-on.

Tested in game with only BASE and USA mods... looks good now.

You can try Version 1.20 now...

Love having these trucks running round my American maps. They fit right in. I was wondering however if you had any thoughts on fitting them with more American trailers. They are very visually different from their European counterparts.

Yes, I know that, but I tried to use maximum from current mod(s). Well... we'll see what will be in the future...
